Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, client relations, real estate, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, construction management, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Interest in retail construction, tenant fit-outs, and commercial development strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized with good time management.

• Support retail-focused business development initiatives under the direction of senior BD leadership.
• Research and identify potential retail clients, developers, brokers, architects, and consultants.
• Help build and maintain a pipeline of prospective retail opportunities.
• Assist with outreach efforts, scheduling, follow-up communications, and meetings.
• Prepare materials for interviews, presentations, proposals, and client events.
