Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading construction plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning, management, and execution of projects.
• Maintain project paperwork, site logistics plans, and punch lists.
• Lead weekly internal coordination meetings and document outcomes.
• Review logs, RFIs, submittals, estimates, and contracts.
• Monitor change orders and cost implications against the budget.
• Coordinate close-out procedures including as-builts and warranty letters.
• Identify problems and propose proactive resolutions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and subcontractor performance.
