• Support retail-focused business development initiatives under senior BD leadership
• Research and identify potential retail clients, developers, brokers, architects, and consultants
• Assist in building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective retail opportunities
• Support outreach, including scheduling, follow-up communications, and meeting preparation
• Help prepare materials for interviews, presentations, proposals, and client events
• Assist with account research and background preparation for priority clients
• Track market trends, competitive activity, and emerging retail developments
• Attend industry events and networking functions with senior team members
• Maintain CRM pipeline records and provide regular updates to leadership
