Optimum Communications Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and self-driven Retail Sales Consultants to reshape how customers connect.

In this role, you will serve as an in-store brand ambassador, selling our connectivity solutions and delivering an exceptional customer experience to help build lifelong customers. You will work with a dynamic team in one of our largest sales channels, exceeding sales targets while providing outstanding service and support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
• A minimum of one year of retail selling experience.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivator with a knack for working independently.
• Proficient computer and technical skills that help support the best customer solutions.
• For some locations, the ability to travel to other stores within 35 miles may be required and will be discussed upon interview.
• Physical Abilities: Standing for prolonged periods; lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work full time and weekends as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand needs and guide product selections.
• Educate customers about products and services and recommend the best solutions.
• Assist with billing, service questions, and issue resolution; process payments and handle exchanges.
• Represent the brand professionally and build a positive store image.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless customer experience and support during busy periods.
