Job summary

The role starts at $19.50 per hour with full-time status. Average hours exceed 30 per week, and wage increases are planned in years 2–5. Full-time benefits are offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Able to operate store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers, etc.
• Able to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising and stocking product.

• Assist store management in loss prevention and safety initiatives.
• Support checkout efficiency by opening additional lanes when needed.
