Job summary

Seneca Resorts & Casinos is seeking a Retail Clerk to assist customers in the retail area and coat check, ensuring items are secure and handled professionally in a fast-paced casino environment.

Responsibilities include merchandising, price tagging, cash handling, and matching coat check tickets, while upholding security policies and delivering exceptional guest service.

Minimum requirements: 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, and at least two years of retail or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Display merchandise neatly and in proper order.
• Operate cash register and balance bank at end of shift.
• Issue coat check tags to each guest and retrieve items upon presentation of tickets.
• Maintain knowledge of policy and information security procedures.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to all patrons.
