Job summary

Seneca Resorts & Casinos is seeking a Retail Clerk to assist customers in our retail operations. The role also covers a secondary duty as Retail Shift Manager when needed, overseeing store operations and coat check on assigned shifts.

Candidates should be 18+, with a high school diploma, retail experience, supervisory exposure, and proficient computer skills. Expect a starting rate of $16.00/hr, with negotiable terms based on experience and education.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years retail experience required.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Display merchandise neatly and in proper order.
• Mark prices on merchandise.
• Operate cash register and balance bank at end of shift.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons.
• Manage gift shop/coat check operations on an assigned shift.
• Prepare weekly work schedules and assignments for clerks and attendants.
• Maintain records and submit reports as assigned.
• Attend meetings and adhere to company policies.
