Job summary

Shoe Sensation, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Co-Store Manager for our Hereford, TX location. This full-time role combines leadership with hands-on store operations to drive sales and deliver exceptional service.

You will lead a cash-and-merchandising focused team, recruit and train staff, manage schedules, deposits, and community partnerships while ensuring the store looks its best and stays compliant with company standards.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible full-time schedule; 40+ hours weekly.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with scheduling, banking tasks, and community involvement.

Responsibilities
