The Co Team Leader is responsible for leading the sales floor and receiving area, ensuring excellent customer and associate experiences, and managing merchandising, staff development, and financial tasks.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in managing payroll, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and reporting to meet financial and operational goals.
• Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors to provide exceptional service.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal planning, inventory, and company programs meet expectations.
• Develop talent and ensure proper staffing and scheduling.
• Perform opening and closing duties and other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years retail management experience with a mid to large retailer
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Driver’s license required

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Push and pull up to 35 pounds
• Stand for extended periods and work safely
