Role Overview

The Co Team Leader is responsible for leading the sales floor and receiving area to ensure successful store operations. This includes merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports to meet financial and operational goals.
  2. Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors in all interactions.
  3. Maintain store standards, plan seasonal transitions, oversee inventory processes, and execute company programs.
  4. Develop and implement talent planning for associate growth.
  5. Ensure proper scheduling and staffing.
  6. Perform opening and closing duties and other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Management preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large retailer.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid Driver’s license required.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
  • Stand for extended periods and work safely.
