The Co Team Leader is responsible for leading the sales floor and receiving area, creating a passionate sales team focused on merchandise and excellent associate and customer experiences. Responsibilities include merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports to meet financial and operational goals.
  • Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors to provide exceptional service and ensure standards are met in every interaction.
  • Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
  • Develop and execute talent planning to promote associate growth.
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.
  • Perform opening and closing functions and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of retail management experience with a mid to large retailer.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid Driver’s license required.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
  • Stand for extended periods and work safely.
