Job summary

Ollie is seeking a Co Team Leader to provide leadership for the sales floor and receiving area, driving merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight.

You will assist the Store Team Leader with payroll budgets, scheduling, and reporting, ensuring standards are met and the customer experience remains strong. This role requires flexibility to cover evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience with a mid to large retailer.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports.
• Provide exceptional associate and customer service experiences following Ollie’s standards.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and programs are met.
• Develop talent planning to support associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
• Open and close the store when needed and perform additional duties.
