Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Co Team Leader to provide leadership for the sales floor and receiving area. You will lead a team focused on merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Team Leader with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s Yes I Care, Yes I Can behaviors in delivering exceptional associate and customer service.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and programs meet expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning for associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
• Open and close the store when needed and take on additional duties as assigned.
