Job summary

Ollie is seeking a Co Team Leader to drive the successful operation of the sales floor and receiving area. You will lead a sales team passionate about merchandise and delivering a great associate and customer experience.

Responsibilities include merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight as part of a busy retail environment. 2+ years of retail leadership preferred; Walmart/5 Below experience translates well.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s customer-service behaviors in providing exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences; ensure standards are met in every interaction.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to insure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
• Open and close the store when needed and handle any additional duties assigned.
