Job summary

Ollies Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Co Team Leader to drive the sales floor and receiving area. You will lead a merchandising-focused team, develop associates, and oversee customer service and financial oversight to deliver results.

Responsibilities include payroll budgeting, expense control, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and a passion for delivering a great associate and customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years retail management experience at a mid-to-large retailer.
• Flexible schedule to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Team Leader with payroll budgets, expenses, banking, shrink, and reports.
• Demonstrate Ollies customer service standards in every interaction.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and programs meet expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning for associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
• Open/close the store and take on additional duties as assigned.
