Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in implementing in-store sales-building culture and weekly sales plans.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and front-end service commitments.
• Achieve budgeted financial results and assist store manager in overall store results.
• Protect assets through weekly audits and shrink control.
• Develop staffing plans, recruit and train, and build a bench of hi-potential staff.
• Lead and coach the management team to meet performance expectations.
