Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees pharmaceutical care and designs medication therapy regimens.
• Provides patient education on medication therapy, safety, and adherence.
• Interprets medication orders and supports dosing decisions.
• Participates in medication safety and quality improvement activities.
• Mentors pharmacy teammates and precepts students.
