Advocate Health is seeking a part‑time Pharmacist at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center – Pharmacy. The position averages 24 hours per week with rotating schedules, including some weekends and holidays, and involves patient counseling and medication management.

The role requires a pharmacy degree (ACPE-accredited) or NABP FPGEC, licensure in the applicable state, and strong communication and clinical skills. Benefit details are provided with the hospital system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy required, or an FPGEC certificate from NABP.

Responsabilités

• Oversees pharmaceutical care and designs medication therapy regimens.
• Provides patient and caregiver counseling on therapy, adverse effects, and dosage.
• Interprets medication orders and participates in medical emergencies as applicable.
• Supports medication safety, quality improvement, and formulary adherence.
• Prepares, dispenses, and oversees storage/handling of medications.
• Serves as preceptor and mentor for pharmacy students and staff.
