Qualifications

• Required graduate degree in nursing or physician assistant and active national/state license.
• Board-certified FNP-C or PA-C where eligible; physician-supervised experience may be required in OH.
• Ability to adhere to HIPAA and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills to work with patients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care to patients while meeting productivity metrics.
• Participate in peer review, quality assurance and staff meetings.
• Maintain a safe, compliant healthcare environment and keep clinic hours open.
• Collaborate with regional management to promote TLC and community outreach.
• Manage clinic inventory and supply orders to control costs.
• Perform quality checks on instrumentation and CLIA-waived testing as scheduled.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant use of information systems and patient data.
