Qualifications

• MSN in Family Practice or PA degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality medical care while meeting productivity metrics.
• Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings.
• Maintain a safe, compliant healthcare environment and operating hours.
• Collaborate with regional management on community outreach and TLC promotion.
• Manage clinic inventory, order supplies, and control costs.
• Perform quality control on instrumentation and CLIA testing as scheduled.
• Utilize EHR systems in compliance with policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Cover clinics within the region as needed and mentor staff.
