Job summary

ACERTUS is seeking a Client Service Coordinator I to support day-to-day client operations, manage orders, and coordinate updates for assigned accounts. The role is designed for individuals building foundational knowledge of systems, processes and client operations while taking on smaller responsibilities.

The position involves coordinating with internal teams and customers to ensure timely service delivery, positive client experiences, and consistent communication across accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree is a plus.
• Some experience with order entry or administrative roles, preferably in transportation or logistics.
• Some customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the order lifecycle from entry through delivery under guidance from senior team members.
• Monitor active shipments and provide status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support client communications through reporting and routine service updates.
• Assist in resolving routine operational and shipment-related issues promptly.
• Ensure SOPs and client requirements are met; escalate risks as needed.
• Enter and update orders in internal systems accurately.
• Maintain data integrity across TMS, workflow tools, and reporting platforms.
• Assist with shipment documentation and status tracking.
• Support coordinators, managers, and account teams as needed.
