Responsibilities

• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and recovery routines.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Assist in merchandising and floor readiness.
• Participate in safety, labor, and loss prevention policies.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and programs.
