Hansung Beauty Group is seeking a Channel Marketing Coordinator to drive growth across North America by translating brand strategy into retail activation and measurable results. This role focuses on supporting channel programs that boost sell-through, retail visibility, and promotional performance.

Based in Irvine, CA, you will collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance, coordinate promotions, in-store placements, and retail media across partners like Ulta, Target, Costco and specialty

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in channel marketing, trade marketing, or retail marketing.
• Experience in Beauty, Skincare, or CPG preferred.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience with retail promotional programs.
• Highly organized with strong project management ability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support retail channel execution across key partners.
• Coordinate in-store promotions and promotions calendars.
• Assist with retail media coordination (Ulta, Target, etc.).
• Track sell-through lift and prepare channel performance reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance.
• Ensure brand consistency across all retail touchpoints.
• Support influencer or paid media activations tied to retail events.
