Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Retail Centers Full Time Patrol Driver in Tustin, CA. You will provide customer service, conduct patrols, and deter security incidents while maintaining a visible, professional presence at a retail center.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, pays $21.00 per hour, and a standard full-time schedule. Candidates should be 18+ for unarmed roles and may be subject to background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with tenants, visitors and clients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to observe and report incidents.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles; background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and clients by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly, notifying appropriate personnel or responders as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of common areas, parking facilities, storefront perimeters, and other assigned areas.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations; complete incident reports.
• Assist with access control, traffic, and directions for visitors while maintaining a professional presence.
