Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and clients by following security procedures and location policies.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of the retail center to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious conditions or violations.
• Assist with traffic flow, directions, lost-property inquiries, and maintain incident documentation.
