Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Center Manager for our Cincinnati retail location to lead daily operations, open/close, and drive world-class customer service. You will manage staff, scheduling, and reporting while maintaining cost controls and store standards.

The ideal candidate has post-high school education, at least two years in retail operations, strong leadership, and solid computer skills. You must be able to motivate a team and handle weekend shifts when needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store operations experience required.
• Post high school education or coursework desired.
• Strong supervisory/leadership skills and accountability.
• P&L experience preferred and ability to manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Performs personnel management including recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching associates.
• Schedules work assignments and facilitates weekly or monthly staff meetings.
• Monitors customer service delivery and satisfaction.
• Develops and implements the store marketing program.
• Manages center financials and prepares reports.
• Oversees inventory and maintains center operations and safety.
