Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to direct and grow the Sales Center at Homes Direct of Espanola, NM. You will oversee hiring, training, and development, drive sales, and ensure best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to manage relationships with lenders and contractors. Travel up to 10% annually is necessary along with a commitment to Champion Operating Principles and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years retail customer sales / large ticket sales experience.
• Experience in manufactured home industry preferred.
• Must be able to travel up to 10% annually.

Responsibilities

• Directs and controls the Sales Center administration and profits/losses.
• Plans, develops and implements goals in conformance with corporate procedures.
• Direct supervision of Sales Center employees including hiring, training and development.
• Train staff regularly and prioritize sales leads.
• Move transactions through the sales pipeline and ensure process adherence.
• Maintain relationships with lenders, installers and contractors.
• Keep Sales Center visually appealing and customer-friendly.
• Champion exceptional customer experience and team engagement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
