Compensation includes a pay rate of $22.27 per hour along with a range of benefit options. The detective will monitor CCTV, assist customers and staff, and respond to incidents while documenting actions and maintaining reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail loss prevention, CCTV monitoring, or security required.
• High integrity and strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to stand, sit, and/or walk for long periods.
• Able to think clearly during crises or high-stress periods.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras to protect employees, assets, and brands, potentially supporting theft prevention.
• Communicate with on-site security, law enforcement, and leadership while documenting incidents.
• Patrol and monitor premises to preserve order and protect property.
• Guard, patrol, and monitor premises to prevent hazards, theft, or rule violations.
• Enforce company policies and respond to security emergencies.
• Write detailed narrative reports and daily activity reports on incidents.
