The role requires 5+ years in retail buying or category management, strong analytical skills, and experience negotiating with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in retail buying, category management, merchandising, or procurement.
• Strong experience negotiating supplier agreements and managing vendor relationships.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to grow sales and margin.
• Manage assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising for assigned categories.
• Lead vendor negotiations and develop joint business plans with suppliers.
• Monitor performance, forecast, and report category results.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
