Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Category Manager to develop and execute category strategies that drive sales growth, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience across Applegreen's retail portfolio. You will manage assortment, pricing, promotions, and vendor partnerships while collaborating with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of retail buying, category management, merchandising, or procurement experience.
• Experience negotiating supplier agreements and managing vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute category strategies to drive sales growth and margins.
• Manage product assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising plans.
• Analyze sales, margin, market, and customer data to identify trends.
• Lead vendor negotiations and establish joint business plans.
