Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and provide accurate change to cash-paying customers.
• Show customers locations of items and suggest add-ons when appropriate.
• Greet customers at the door and offer assistance.
• Monitor customers for possible shoplifting and notify management.
• Restock shelves and coolers to ensure product availability.
• Unpack shipments and categorize them in the store room.
• Clean and maintain store interior and exterior and empty trash.
• Maintain restrooms to Royal Restrooms standards.
• Work in any area of the store as needed.
• Foster a positive atmosphere with excellent customer service and teamwork.
