Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is hiring a full-time Retail Cashier in Charleston, WV to handle payments, greet customers, and provide friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will reconcile daily transactions, prepare deposits, and assist with up-selling AAA memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals. Passport photo processing and IDEMIA services may be required as needed, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience, especially cash handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging customers.
• Ability to navigate multiple websites and computer programs.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Handle payments for all store transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile daily transactions and prepare bank deposits after each shift.
• Greet customers, assist needs, and upsell AAA products.
• Process passport photos and issue permits as required; back up Tag/Title tasks.
