Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking a full-time Retail Cashier in Nottingham, MD to handle daily transactions accurately and greet customers with a high level of service.

You will process payments, reconcile daily totals, and assist customers with memberships and product referrals, including passport photo processing when needed. This role also supports related administrative tasks and may require Notary duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and point-of-sale operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous sales and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle payments for store transactions accurately.
• Greet customers and assist with their needs.
• Upsell AAA memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
• Process passport photos and issue permits as required.
• Serve as backup for Tag and Title and IDEMIA services.
