Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Pay: Starting at $18.00 an hour.

A Retail Cashier Floater is a versatile role designed for individuals who provide coverage across multiple store locations within a specific region. Your work location may vary daily as you fill in for staff on leave, vacation, or open positions. As a Floater, you'll have the chance to meet new people, learn new techniques, and gain valuable experience while building your reputation. You may also be selected for additional leadership opportunities.

Shift and Requirements

• Full-time. Hired to work at multiple store locations.
• Must be 21+ for this role.

In addition to competitive pay, store team members enjoy perks such as $0.20 off per gallon of fuel and 15% off most merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, thank them, and invite them back.
• Provide fast, friendly service and accurate product info.
• Ring up sales, apply discounts, and follow laws on restricted sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock shelves.
• Ensure safety and security guidelines are followed.
• Fuel customer vehicles, check engine fluids, and wash windows as needed.
• Follow sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Reconcile daily paperwork and deposits.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Able to support flexible shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Legal age to sell alcohol and tobacco (NV: slot machines).
• Passionate about customer service.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Retail or cashier experience preferred.
• Leadership qualities and integrity.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds frequently and 65 pounds occasionally.
• Work in varied conditions including heat, cold, and fumes.
