Job Title: Cashier Floater

Requirements:

• Reliable transport to stores throughout the Treasure Valley.
• Legal age to sell alcohol and tobacco.
• Availability on weekends and holidays.

Position Overview:

The Cashier Floater provides coverage for stores based on staffing needs such as PTO, vacancies, and training. You will travel to different store locations, with schedules that may change daily. This role offers exposure to a broader customer base and opportunities to work with various store teams. Floater cashiers are empowered to resolve customer issues and assist team members to ensure excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly, thank them, and invite them back.
• Provide fast, friendly service and accurate product information.
• Accurately process sales, apply discounts, and follow laws regarding restricted sales.
• Reconcile paperwork and handle deposits during shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including pumps and islands.
• Label, rotate, and stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Follow sanitation, food handling, and storage procedures.
• Meet physical demands such as standing, lifting up to 65 pounds, and other movements.
• Adhere to company policies and perform additional duties as assigned.
