The position offers an hourly rate with bonus potential and requires strong customer service, basic math, and teamwork to ensure a welcoming shopping experience and efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• No degree required; HS diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Mathematical skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter, assist on sales floor, and answer phone within three rings with a professional greeting.
• Operate the store cash register; handle cash, credit card transactions, discounts, returns and balance.
• Stock, straighten, rotate, and maintain cleanliness of the store area.
• Request assistance from managers for returns, exchanges, and customer complaints.
