Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months cashier experience to work at Customer Service Desk.
• Minimum 18 years of age and ability to pass drug test.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and weekends.
• Must be able to follow directions and policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Operate cashier functions and complete tender transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of checkstand area.
• Answer telephones and process refunds/exchanges.
• Provide lottery service (where applicable) and other desk tasks.
• Process vendor and store reports as needed.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
