Job summary

Piccone IT Consulting, LLC is seeking a friendly Retail Cashier for our PC repair shop. You will be the first contact for customers, handling check-ins, payments, and basic support in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing payments, answering phones, and keeping the front of the store organized. Prior retail or cashier experience is preferred, with strong communication skills and reliability.

We are seeking a friendly, reliable Retail Cashier to join our PC repair shop. This role is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key part in delivering a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, checking devices in for service, handling payments, answering phones, and providing basic customer support. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
• Check in customer devices for repair or service following company procedures
• Explain service intake, estimates, and timelines clearly
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Assist customers with basic questions regarding services, repair status, and store policies
• Check out customers for completed services or retail purchases
• Accurately process cash, credit, and other approved payment methods
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer
• Open and/or close the store following established procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-of-house area
• Communicate customer concerns or issues to technicians or management

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time/Part-time positions available
• Daytime, evening, and/or weekend shifts may be required

Requirements
