PAY: Starting at $18.00 - $19.00 an Hour.

Retail Cashiers greet customers with a smile and ensure they receive top-notch service on every visit. Responsibilities include operating a register, cleaning, stocking shelves, receiving deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities as a Retail Cashier/Customer Service Associate:

• Greet every customer with a smile, thank them for their business, and invite them back.
• Provide a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience.
• Suggest purchases to promote store specials.
• Ring up sales and merchandise, offering discounts/promotions while following all policies and laws regarding restricted sales, including alcohol and tobacco. Must be of legal age to sell and stock these products.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Restock shelves, displays, and coolers as needed.
• Clean the fast-food area and equipment, and restock as needed.
• Follow proper sanitation, food handling, storage, and disposal procedures.
• Label, rotate, and stock shelves, coolers, and displays properly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Flexible availability to support a 24/7 operation, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude.
• Leadership qualities and integrity.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to react quickly and adapt to change.
• Legal age to sell regulated products (alcohol, tobacco) and, in NV, to work around slot machines.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk and listen.
• Must lift/move up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 65 pounds occasionally.
• Work safely in conditions with heat, cold, allergens, noise, and fumes/chemicals from gasoline and cleaning products.
