Pay Rate: $17.50/hr Plus GREAT BENEFITS!

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer personally and maintain friendly contact throughout their shopping experience.
• Assist at checkout with suggestive selling techniques and problem-solving.
• Maintain orderly records of transactions and an accurate cash drawer.
• Monitor inventory levels and store appearance.
• Coordinate warehouse orders to ensure timely customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Not responsible for supervising employees.

Minimum Requirements

Education & Experience

Strong customer service background required.

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts.
• Two to three years of customer service experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Basic math skills and ability to interpret data.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with moderate complexity.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Periodic travel, including overnight stays.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures, lighting, and noise.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 75 pounds, and perform physical activities for extended periods.

Shift

9 am, 5 days a week.
