Job summary

Duchess is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as cashiers and customer service associates. You’ll welcome customers, process transactions, and maintain a clean store while supporting inventory and promotions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards loyalty program with best prices and offers.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
