Duchess is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as customer experience champions. You’ll welcome customers with a smile, engage in conversations, and help them find what they need.

Process transactions using modern POS systems, maintain a clean, organized store, stock shelves, and manage inventory to ensure customers can easily find items. Qualifications

Customer-focused mindset—you love helping people.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.
Previous retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers.
Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
