Qualifications

• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with flexible scheduling.
• Retail or food service experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfort with technology; modern tools used to ease work.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions using POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store (inside and out).
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to help customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, and other sales.
• Promote Crown Card Rewards loyalty program.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
