Job summary

Big 5 Sporting Goods in Washington is seeking a cashier to manage front counter POS and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will handle sales transactions, assist customers, and help maintain a clean, stocked sales floor.

We look for reliable individuals with strong communication skills and basic math ability who can work in a fast-paced environment. E-Verify applies to new hires, and light lifting may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess basic organizational and/or applicable math skills.

Role Overview

Cashiers play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experience. The primary responsibilities include operating and managing the front counter point-of-sale (POS) system while ensuring asmoothpleasant shopping experience for every customer.

Primary Duties
