Responsibilities of a Retail Cashier/Customer Service Associate:

• Greet every customer with a smile, thank them for their business, and invite them back.
• Provide a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience.
• Suggest purchases to promote store specials.
• Ring up sales and merchandise, offering discounts and promotions while following all company policies and laws regarding restricted sales, including alcohol and tobacco (must be the legal age).
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Restock shelves, displays, and coolers as needed.
• Clean the fast-food area and equipment, and restock as needed.
• Follow proper sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Label, rotate, and stock shelves, coolers, and displays properly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Flexible availability to support a 24/7 operation, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude.
• Leadership qualities and integrity.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to change.
• Legal age to sell regulated products including alcohol and tobacco. NV only: legal age to work around slot machines.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 65 pounds occasionally.
• Work safely in conditions that include heat, cold, allergens, noise, and fumes/chemicals from gasoline and cleaning products.
