PAY: Starting at $15.50 - $18.00 an Hour.

Retail Cashiers greet customers with a smile and ensure they receive top-notch service on every visit. You will operate a register primarily, but also engage in cleaning, stocking shelves, receiving deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities of a Retail Cashier/Customer Service Associate:

• Greet every customer with a smile, thank them, and invite them back.
• Provide a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience.
• Suggest purchases to promote store specials.
• Ring up sales, apply discounts/promotions, and follow all policies and laws regarding restricted sales, including alcohol and tobacco. Must be of legal age to sell and stock these products.
• Maintain store cleanliness inside and outside.
• Restock shelves, displays, and coolers as needed.
• Clean food areas and equipment, and stock as needed.
• Follow proper sanitation, food handling, and storage procedures.
• Label, rotate, and stock shelves, coolers, and displays properly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, and talk; occasionally lift up to 65 pounds.
• Work in conditions that may include heat, cold, allergens, noise, and fumes from gasoline and cleaning chemicals.
