Base pay range

$15.50/hr - $15.50/hr

Pay: $15.50 an hour.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, thank them, and invite them back.
• Provide fast, friendly, professional checkout service.
• Promote store specials and suggest purchases.
• Accurately ring up sales, apply discounts, and follow all policies and laws regarding restricted sales.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Restock shelves, displays, and coolers.
• Ensure proper sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Label, rotate, and stock shelves and displays.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude.
• Availability to support a 24/7 operation including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lead by example and work well in a team.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to change.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and talking.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 65 pounds occasionally.
• Work in conditions that may include heat, cold, allergens, noise, and fumes.
