Join Our Team as a Part-Time Retail Cashier/Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a part-time employee with flexible availability, as days and hours will vary based on store needs. The candidate should also be willing to work in the kitchen as a relief in the afternoons.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, thank them, and invite them back
• Provide a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience
• Promote store specials and suggest purchases
• Accurately process sales and merchandise, applying discounts and promotions in compliance with policies and laws
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store
• Restock shelves, displays, and coolers
• Clean the fast-food area, equipment, and stock as needed
• Follow proper sanitation and food handling procedures
• Label, rotate, and stock shelves, coolers, and displays properly
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude
• Availability to support a 24/7 operation, including nights, holidays, and weekends
• Leadership qualities and integrity
• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to change

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting; reaching; climbing; stooping; kneeling; crouching; talking; listening
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 65 pounds occasionally
• Work in conditions involving heat, cold, allergens, noise, fumes, chemicals, and odors from gasoline and cleaning chemicals
