Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking store associates for HomeGoods in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean store, and following loss prevention and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include ringing purchases, promoting credit/loyalty programs, and supporting store recovery while maintaining a safe environment. Training across store areas may occur as needed.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed.
• Maintains store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participates in shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned by store management.
