Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Retail Car Sales Representative in Morrow, GA to match customers with their dream vehicle using our one-price model and Ultimate Test Drive experience. You will leverage product knowledge to guide options, manage test drives, and write up the sale while delivering exceptional service.

The role offers base salary plus unlimited commission with no draw, opportunities for career growth, comprehensive benefits, and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least one year of related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to work in a haggle-free, fixed-pricing, high-volume dealership model.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in automotive sales and dealership customer service preferred.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine customer needs and guide options with in-depth vehicle knowledge.
• Manage test drives and handle the write-up portion of the sales process.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and generate leads.

What You'll Do:

• Greet our customers and make them feel at ease by providing the best car- buying experience
• Determine customers’ needs and wants and guide them through their options, showcasing your in-depth industry and vehicle knowledge
• Manage test drives and handle the write up portion of the sales process
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate more leads
• Achieve individual sales goals and customer service goals

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma
• At least one year related sales experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to travel locally
• Ability to work effectively in a haggle-free, fixed-pricing, high-volume dealership model
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong understanding of marketing programs, events and promotions
• Comfort with social media to advertise and market offers
• Proficiency with various computer applications including mobile applications
• Experience in automotive sales and dealership customer service (Preferred)
• Previous finance and warranty background (Preferred)
• Bilingual (Preferred)

The annual starting salary for this position is between $65,000 - $91,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education,experienceand other qualifications of the successful candidate.
